I have read reviews in the past about how someone made a somewhat stressful first time experience good, but Cassy is next level. She gave me great pre-visit advice and immediately made me comfortable with her knowledge and explanation of the treatment plan. And due to that pre-visit advice, the pain wasn't even noticeable. It was way easier than I expected and really just felt like I was having a conversation with an old friend during the procedure. I had been searching for the right place and initially went to another consultation, but I’m so glad I decided to meet with Cassy. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Cassy went above and beyond to explain the entire process, and she was incredibly gentle, attentive, and thorough. With her advice to use numbing beforehand, the treatment was surprisingly comfortable — I hardly felt a thing. She's incredibly knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything before and after a session, and her space is neat and clean. She makes me feel very comfortable and I've been making great progress in the past couple months that I've been having my electrolysis sessions. My facial skin health has also improved considerably, after years of me plucking, waxing and other methods that left it damaged with lots of ingrown hairs and pustules. I found Cassy. Reading her reviews and wondering if they were true. YES!!  If you have UNWANTED FACIAL HAIR. I have tried laser for over a year  and a half and have not achieved the results I have with Cassy in just 5 or 6 months!  She's very friendly, gentle, professional and very thorough! Cassy was friendly and gave very detailed explanations of the process and what she would be doing. She explained the parts of the hair when she removed them. And any necessary care after my appointment. Her detailed explanation of numbing beforehand made such a difference and I barely felt the instrument.
